Durgaashakti Lok is a Spiritual Counselling, Healing and Meditation centre. Our vision here is to unify certain traditions of Bharat to help people across the world /globally connect with their inner self.

The traditions of Bharat are not unknown in the West/America. Dating back to 1893 when Swami Vivekananda first set foot on the shores of the United States and delivered his famous address at the World Parliament of Religions in Chicago, the leading intellectuals of the West have embraced Sa’na-tana Dharma and the study of Vedanta. But it will take 70 years before Vedantic study and practice really arrives mainstream, owing in no small part to celebrities traveling to Bharat to embrace its spiritual teachings. Notably, the Beatles arrival in 1968, and celebrities such as Julia Roberts, and even tech titans Steve Jobs, Larry Page (Google), and Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook).

Many Westerners have read the Gita and the Upanishads, but we feel what’s missing is a deep
knowledge of the systems and practices to implement these teachings to actually improve
one’s life circumstance in a concrete manner. We realize that a unified approach can provide this missing link. We hope you can join us in doing the same and have established offices in Silicon Valley, U.S. and India to serve your needs.
